Inferno Custom Gates can provide automation solutions to suit your needs, the design of the gate and the conditions of the site.
We use high quality Italian motors from selected brands made for reliability and robustness.
We offer
• Automation for sliding gates, single or double swing gate designs, rising gates
• Systems for regular use or intensive duty cycle.
• Access controls, i.e. keypads, remote controls and receivers, gate opening sensors.
• System to accommodate for wind loading, environmental conditions, site incline, and tight space solutions.
• Unlock mechanism to allow for manual opening.
Installation and Handover
Inferno Custom Gates will install the automated gate system, access controls and accessories.
During handover with the customer, we will
• Demonstrate the system operating and explain how it works
• Set up of Wi-fi connected devices
• Walk-through safety features
• Provide manual release keys to allow operation of the gates manually if required.
• Recommend basic cleaning and maintenance instructions
• Provide user manuals that include battery specifications for your system.
• Explain warranty and servicing. Batteries are not covered by warranty
Service
The first service of your gate installation is included in price and will be conducted approximately 6 months after initial installation.
Regular and up to date servicing is important to keep warranty valid.
A service schedule will be offered upon completion of first service. This enables us to monitor the site environment and make sure your system stays reliable.
All services come with a service report.
Warranty
Automation comes with either a 24 month, or 36 month warranty dependent on manufacturer. This will be listed on your quote depending on what system fits your requirements the best.
Warranty excludes batteries. All battery operated wireless devices come with a manual which specifies battery type when replacement is required.
Warranty excludes all forces beyond our reasonable control (Lightning strikes, vehicle impacts, floods, tampering, insect infestations etc).

Inferno Custom Gates takes care of all automation requirements, using high quality Italian motors from selected brands to suit the gates design requirements, along with your needs.
These requirements may be wind loading, site conditions, incline, and tight space solutions.
Your needs may be simple, or complex and vary from a couple of openings a day, though to an intensive duty cycle.
Should you want to be able to control your gate from beyond line of site, “Full Auto”*, safety devices must be installed. Please be sure to let us know at planning stage, so cable infrastructure can be allowed for.
*Full Auto requires Wi-Fi signal at gate
