Our Process
Design
Inferno will work with you to design a gate that suits you and your property. We can use a photo or sketch to design you a unique gate.
With over a decade of experience designing and building custom gates Rob from Inferno can steer you in the right direction even if you have no idea what style of gate you would like.
Fabrication
The fabrication process begins with Australian Bluescope steel. Typically we use pre galvanised steel for superior corrosion prevention. This is a zinc finish that is applied to the steel during steel manufacture which delivers a smooth finish and is suitable for most corrosive environments.
During construction all connections are fully welded ensuring the gate is completely sealed from any moisture making its way internally. This process also ensures the final product is extremely strong.
Automation & Hardware
We choose to use only the best materials and components available on our gates as using inferior products will fail over time. We use high quality Italian motors from selected brands to suit the gates design requirements, along with your needs.
The gate hardware we use such as hinges, rollers, wheels etc are all high quality products made in Italy.
Installation
We will project manage the whole process from concept through to commissioning of your new gates. We have licenced trades to handle all parts of the project.
